Our client, a Federally funded entity focused on the integrity of our democracy is seeking an EL1 or EL2 Release Train Engineer their team in late July.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and facilitate ART events and processes to support our teams in delivering value.
• Escalate and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value and drive relentless improvements.
• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) practices and Program Increment (PI) execution.

Criteria:

• Previous and evidenced experience and skills as a Release Train Engineer.
• A strong understanding of the SAFe® methodology, and its application within a large and complex Program within a government context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders and audiences.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.
