About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in a pivotal role that contributes to key initiatives and drives meaningful impact. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to making a difference and fostering a culture of respect, support, and care
You will manage a broad range of executive responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and initiative. This includes coordinating complex schedules, managing meetings and travel arrangements, preparing high-level communications, briefing materials, and reports, and organising key events. You will also liaise with Councillors, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Additional duties include managing incoming correspondence and calls, supporting research and special projects, and maintaining accurate records to enhance organisational efficiency and compliance.

About the Person:
You are a confident and capable professional with a proven track record in executive-level support. With refined communication skills and a relationship-focused approach, you’re able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at the most senior levels. You demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism. Your experience in high-level administrative roles equips you to navigate competing priorities with clarity and confidence, and your proactive mindset ensures you’re always a step ahead in supporting the CEO and the broader leadership agenda.
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification, and/or proven experience in a similar role.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
