Join Our On-Road Incident Response Crew in Perth!
As Perth continues to grow, the demand for our services to address incidents and debris on our roads is increasing. We’re looking for dedicated On-Road Incident Response Crew Officers to join our dynamic team and help us serve the Western Australian community more effectively.
About the Role
Join our dedicated Incident Response Service team and work alongside highly trained mobile road crews to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently. In this critical on-road role, you’ll be responsible for the prompt and safe removal of broken-down vehicles, debris, and other hazards to restore normal traffic flow as quickly as possible.
Our Incident Response Team operates 24/7, including weekends, public holidays, and in all weather conditions. Flexibility is essential, and in return, you may be eligible for overtime and shift allowances based on rostered hours and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incidents on freeways and roads
Ensure the safe removal of obstacles to improve traffic flow
Collaborate with your team to provide on-demand support seven days a week
Uphold our commitment to safety for both team members and the public.

Information Sessions:
Attendance at a mandatory information session is required before submitting your application. These sessions provide valuable insights into the role, key responsibilities, shift patterns, and employment conditions. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and ask questions of current On-Road Incident Response Crew Officers and Supervisors, giving you a clear understanding of what to expect in this role.

Saturday, 28 June 2025 10:00am – 11:30am
Saturday, 28 June 2025 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Wednesday, 9 July 2025 6:30pm – 8:00pm
