The Role

As a Systems Team Lead, you’ll combine your technical expertise with leadership to support and guide a high-performing team of systems professionals. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on with technology while also mentoring others.

You’ll lead day-to-day technical operations, contribute to system design and architecture, and ensure the quality of documentation and solutions. You’ll also help refine internal processes and play a key role in shaping technical strategy.

What You’ll Bring

A strong background in systems engineering, architecture, or technical support

Proven experience designing and documenting technical solutions

2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams

A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail

Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure, MCSA, MCSE)

Additional certifications from key vendors such as Cisco, VMware, NetApp, or Fortinet
