About the Role

We’re excited to offer a rare opportunity to step into the role of Clinical Team Lead at Aresolution Psychology. After 10 years in the role, our current Clinical Team Lead is moving on, creating space for a new leader to guide our growing team into its next chapter.

You’ll work 3–5 days per week in a flexible, hybrid capacity—balancing a part-time caseload (14–18 client sessions per week FTE) with non-clinical leadership and strategic work.

Salary Range: $106,000–$125,000 FTE
Bonuses: up to $10,000 per annum
Incentives: Leadership coaching, commission structure, and future ownership pathways

About Aresolution

We are a values-driven private psychology practice in Applecross, with over 13 years of service to the local community. We offer services in children, assessments, trauma, EMDR, forensic/criminal injury reports, insurance work, family and relationship counselling, youth mental health, and DBT.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Support clinicians with case formulation, risk management, and complex presentations

Supervision & Development: Provide individual and group supervision (including Board-approved for 5+1 pathway), mentor early-career clinicians, and support PD growth

Team Culture & Engagement: Lead monthly PD events, help onboard and offboard clinicians, and foster team cohesion

Strategic Practice Development: Collaborate with the Practice Principal and Practice Manager to improve systems and services

Community Engagement: Contribute to blogs, newsletters, and GP/referrer relationships

Admin Support: Provide clinical guidance to the admin team on triage, complexity, and care pathways

What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria:

Full registration with AHPRA (Clinical Endorsement desirable)

Board-Approved Supervisor (including 5+1 preferred)

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervision experience

Clear communication, emotional intelligence, and reflective practice

Comfortable with both employee and contractor models in private practice

Desirable Attributes:

Experience with training coordination or PD facilitation

Familiarity with FIT (Feedback Informed Treatment)

Ability to provide guidance to admin regarding risk, client complexity, or escalation

Resilience and leadership maturity during times of change
