What You’ll Be Doing:
If you believe real leadership is about lifting others, not standing in front of them - we’ve got the role for you.

As our Team Lead, you’ll be the heart of our team of heroic facilitators - coaching, coordinating, and championing a group of passionate individuals who deliver life-changing mental health programs in schools and communities across WA. Most are part-time or casual, many are on their way to changing the world in other ways, and we need someone who can bring out their best.

You’ll also roll up your sleeves and facilitate some sessions yourself - keeping a close pulse on what works, what needs improving, and how to keep our impact high.

About You:

You’re a natural leader who genuinely loves developing people

You’re calm, organised, and an excellent communicator

You know how to manage performance and expectations with empathy and clarity

You can manage a roster, coach a team, and still have time to check in with a first-time facilitator before their big day

You’re comfortable being in schools, on the road, in front of an audience, or behind the scenes

You thrive in purpose-driven environments and are ready to help us educate and empower young people to positively manage their mental health

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of team management experience

Experience facilitating education, training, or wellbeing programs

A current Working with Children Check & driver’s licence

A knack for juggling moving parts without dropping the people part

Bonus points for a background in youth work, psychology, education or similar
