Our Client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on either a fulltime basis or 5 days a week, School Hours. Their core business is within the waste industry where they offer sustainable solutions across waste management. This role will support the team in all aspects of Administration and Reception.
This is a true Administration based position. With responsibilities ranging from ordering of supplies, organising freight and maintaining the kitchen through to customer engagement and updating systems, it covers all aspects of a business office.
The position will suit an individual who has basic office skills or a more experienced candidate happy to work as an Administrator.
Essential:
- Current or recent experience working in Administration
- Confident computer skills including MS Office & MYOB
- Excellent organisational skills
- An understanding of organising freight or a willingness to learn
- Confident communication skills across all levels
This is an excellent opportunity offering long term employment for either 38 hours per week OR School Hours of approximately 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
