- Two (2) Permanent, full-time positions
- Remuneration commencing from $2,507.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.22 gross per fortnight + superannuation (11.5%).

Your new role:
A major component of this role is the provision of quality customer service to the planning and development industry clients which requires highly developed verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
Both positions require strong administration skills to successfully undertake the processing of statutory applications. Duties of the position include, but not limited to:
- Processing of applications, data entry, working on scanning and registration project and filing;
- Booking of meetings and building/plumbing inspections;
- Preparation of correspondence and statutory approvals; and
- Providing information and advice to customers both verbal and face-to-face.
What you will need to succeed:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an ability to effectively meet deadlines in a high workload office environment;
- Is well-organised with excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Substantial administration and customer service experience with attention to detail, relevant to the role.
