• Title: Project Coordinator
• Rate:$781 per day (Including super)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration:12 Months - high possibility of extension
• Hybrid work arrangement - Offices on Campus in Sydney.

One of Sydney's top Universities is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month initial contract. In this role you will be focused on supporting a number of project managers in the technology research program space. A background in Universities and working on research driven programs, or working in research teams would be highly regarded.
We are looking for a good all round Project Coordinator, This role will sit within the IT portfolio team Ans be allocated to the technology research program manager to assist across project coordination activity. Any experience with a research background or Education/Uni experience would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:

• Raising POs and liaising with vendors
• Taking and distributing meeting minutes
• Coordinating with various research groups for transition and migration activities
• Maintaining project artefacts (plans, registers, logs, etc.)
• Assisting with UAT and regression testing coordination with the business units
• And generally helping out with typical PC responsibilities across the board

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years in a Project Coordination role, focused on technology programs.
• Working experience in the Higher Education sector.
• Experience working in research teams (a bonus).
• Experience working with Clarity PPM - ensuring all project artefacts are managed and up to date.
• Self starter, can work well in a team and autonomously.
• Confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills - ability to manage coordination tasks across a 2-3 projects concurrently.
