About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-focused Account Support professional to join a dynamic and growing team based in Croydon. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both clients and internal teams to keep things moving smoothly. From managing customer orders to providing administration support and tracking stock, your work will help ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients.
- Support the Sales & Customer Service team with order processing and administration.
- Manage quote and proof requests, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including customer requests and job files.
- Monitor and manage stock on hand (SOH) and coordinate disposals.
- Liaise with internal departments to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration support — ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and confident learning internal systems (ERP experience a bonus).
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.
