The Role
All Saints’ College commenced operating Little Saints in mid-2024 from its multi-million-dollar new facility, Waabiny (Noongar for “play”), nestled in the heart of the picturesque 19-hectare grounds of the College’s Bull Creek campus. At Little Saints, we value each moment in a child’s journey, connecting learning and growth through the power of play. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Junior School (Education and Care), [ADE&C] the Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for everyone coming to Little Saints.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors to Little Saints and OSHC as well as children and parents (including maintenance and management of sign-in/sign-out systems.)
Preparing events and programs in conjunction with the ADE&C and preparing and maintaining the Little Saints and OSHC online annual calendars.
Supporting the OSHC and Childcare Coordinators in the day-to-day running of both Services through management of records, maintenance of communications and related documentation.
Manage and maintain administration process for child attendance, enrolments, purchasing, billing and charging, consumables ordering, catering etc
About You
Available to commence mid-August you have demonstrable experience in providing a high standard of relevant administrative and secretarial support in a busy and varied environment.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
The highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with high level attention to detail.
A high level of proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spread-sheets, databases, internet and email.
Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability work to strict deadlines.
An ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A current Working with Children Check.
First Aid Certificate.
Role relevant qualifications and previous experience in providing high level administrative or secretarial support in a Childcare environment would be considered favourably.
