Join a Leading Real Estate Team as a Marketing & Campaign Coordinator!
Are you a creative, organised and driven marketing professional ready to make your mark in real estate? We’re seeking a Marketing & Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic, high-performing team in our Northern Beaches office.
This is not your average admin role — you’ll be at the heart of our property campaigns, social media, brand storytelling and community events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the property marketing process – from coordinating photography and styling to creating beautiful brochures, signage and digital campaigns.
Manage our digital presence – curate social content, plan email marketing (via EDM platforms), update our websites, and maintain CRM data (Agentbox).
Design & branding – produce sleek, engaging listing kits, infographics, market updates, and agent promotional assets using Canva/Adobe Suite etc.
Support our sales team – create OFI packs, update lightboards, prep auction night materials, and ensure every listing shines online (REA, Domain).
Be the go-to marketing brain – monitor competitors, spot opportunities, report on campaign performance, and keep our agents ahead of the game.
Collaborate across the business – coordinate marketing calendars, events, editorials, and brand initiatives across our three-office network.
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have:
Real estate marketing or property campaign coordination experience (preferred).
An eye for design and proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of real estate platforms (Agentbox, RealHub, ActivePipe, iRealty) a plus.
Social media and email marketing know-how.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
