We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator is a highly motivated and creative individual who plays a key role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing strategies. This position supports the Director of Marketing and Communications, as well as an existing Marketing Coordinator, in delivering marketing activities across the hotel properties within the cluster.

The successful candidate will:
Support the Marketing team in the coordination and implementation of hotel marketing campaigns, brand audits and administrative tasks.
Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel's social media accounts, ensuring timely, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Review and maintain content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure the hotel stays ahead of the game.
Drive content creation in collaboration with internal teams, creative partners, and agencies.
Oversee community management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Act as an internal advocate for social media, supporting departments with best practices and content amplification.
Align social media efforts with SEO, PPC, and remarketing strategies to maximise performance.
Assist with the execution of eDM campaigns including content planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Support the analysis and reporting of digital and social campaign performance, providing key insights to hotel stakeholders.
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing and content initiatives.
Ideally you will have:
Experience working in similar or related role for a minimum of 1 year preferably in hospitality and travel industry.
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, proficient in Word, Canva and any other appropriate programs.
The ability to work well within a team environment.
Attention to detail and effective time management in allocated tasks.
Ability to multi-task and display control under pressure.
A degree in marketing, communications or similar preferred
A genuine passion for tourism and hospitality
Ability to travel to our Darling Harbour and Parramatta properties
