This respected property management company in Sydney is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join their close-knit, collaborative team immediately. This is a hands-on role that blends marketing flair with bid coordination expertise.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, business development, and operations teams to deliver compelling proposals and engaging marketing content that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence in property services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate EOIs, capability statements, fee proposals, and tender submissions
Organise and manage kick-off and review meetings, including task allocation and timelines
Proofread and refine submission content to ensure clarity, tone, grammar, and alignment with brand standards
Maintain and update the bid content library, including CVs, project profiles, case studies, and reference material
Prepare polished post-tender interview presentations and facilitate internal preparation sessions
Support panel applications, pre-qualifications, and compliance documentation processes
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including internal communications and social media content
Design engaging branded materials such as flyers, invitations, and promotional documents
Ensure cohesive visual identity across all outputs using Adobe InDesign
Contribute creative input to storytelling, layout, and messaging for both bids and marketing assets
Provide light photo and video editing support to enhance visual content where needed
Skills and Experience
4+ years’ experience in bid coordination, marketing, or communications (property or real estate sector preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential), MS Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement
