Bookkeeper.
Small, not for profit child care service located in Miranda NSW. Close to all public transport and shopping centres.
Part time- Wednesday 3 to 6 hours per week. Onsite position in Miranda.
Confirming staff hours and processing of payroll each fortnight.
Accounts payable and receivable.
Monthly reconciliation of all accounts including superannuation, PAYG and GST.
Submission and payments for superannuation, PAYG and GST monthly.
Complete monthly financial reports and other financial reports that may be required. Keep track of budgets.
Complete an annual budget in collaboration with other staff and management committee.
Submit all financial records to accountant annually for audit.
Follow up aged debtors.
Requirement:
Cert IV in Bookkeeping
3 years experience in similar role
MYOB software
Working with Children's check (Paid)
Desirable:
Understanding of the applicable workplace awards, Children’s Services Award, Teachers Award and Clerks Award.
Xplor Child Care software.
