Your new role

The duties of this position include:

• Accounts Payable: Managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Accounts Receivable: Tracking incoming payments, issuing invoices, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Reconciliations: Regularly reconciling bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
• General adhoc duties: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship: This is a requirement for the role.
• Valid driving licence: Due to the Northern Beaches location, reliable transportation is necessary.
• Experience in a similar bookkeeping position: Proven experience in bookkeeping and administration is essential.
• Experience using MYOB: Familiarity with MYOB software for accounting tasks is required.
