Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Xero and MYOB.

Sound knowledge of accounting procedures.

A people person with a friendly, positive and can-do attitude.

The ability to work autonomously, proactively & as part of a team.

Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Tasks & responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Weekly payroll.

Weekly bank reconciliations.

Month end accounts preparation, including general journals, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.

Day to day financial transactions.

Daily client liaison.

Daily email management.
