This position is based in Laverton, VIC
Geelong Leather, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality leather goods, is seeking an Office Administrator who can provide administrative and compliance support to the business and provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Cert III in Business Administration not essential but desired but must have some relevant experience in administration
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required if no formal qualifications
Experience working in OHS and Return to Work Administration highly desirable
This role will include:
Maintain excellent record keeping I.e. Data entry to spreadsheets, summary reports, registers
Answer and reply to phone calls and emails
Payroll and related matters
Open and deal with incoming mail and deliveries and organise outgoing mail
Accurately collate delivery dockets and goods received dockets
Maintain filing, petty cash, PPE and consumables stock levels
Support staff members in production, quality, health & safety inquiries and procedures
Maintain Occupational Health and Safety administration I.e. Perform toolbox meetings, site safety inspections
Return to work co-ordination
Direct all incoming personnel and conduct inductions procedures
Undertake recruitment and induction of new workers

This is a full-time, salaried position starting at a pay of $68,000 per annum. Annual leave, sick leave and long service leave are inclusive of the Full-time position as is superannuation.
Any external training requirements will be paid for by Geelong Leather and training on the company's systems will be provided as part of our buddy system on-site.

Prior to commencing:
As part of the company's zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol you will be required to undergo testing.
All employees must be vaccinated for Q-Fever or willing to be.

Must have permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa with minimum 12 months validity
