Who are we:
We are a small and friendly specialist IT products Importation and Distribution company, now in its 27th year of operation, with customers throughout Australia, New Zealand and the entire Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an experienced, detailed oriented person to join us as our Office Manager / Bookkeeper. In joining us in Keysborough you can avoid the city traffic, have a variety of shopping districts and parks nearby and great access to the Mornington Peninsula Freeway and Eastlink. Onsite parking provided. Forget the stress of being a cog in the machinery, you’ll be a core part of a small team with opportunities to learn many aspects of international business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· General office administration including filing, ordering supplies, and coordinating correspondence
· Data entry, document management, and record-keeping
· Accounts payable and receivable
· Bank and account reconciliations dealing in multiple currencies and multiple webstores for order processing
· Preparation for month end and year end reports and liaising with external accountants
· Payroll processing and superannuation
· BAS preparation and lodgement assistance
· Inwards and outwards freight management – domestic and Asia Pacific
· Liaising with suppliers, clients, and external accountants
· Maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment and maintenance
· Provide support as needed to customer service & tech support teams
What we require:
· Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping (Pronto Xi or other ERP system experience an advantage)
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Understanding of Australian accounting and payroll practices
· Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage but not essential

These skills will be highly regarded:
· Experience in bookkeeping
· Experience with Pronto ERP system or similar
· An understanding of freight coordination and logistics, ideally experience in an import/export environment
This is a permanent, full-time role based in our offices in Keysborough. Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. However, for an outstanding candidate we may consider adapting the role on a part-time basis.
