What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children and/or teenagers on the autism spectrum
• Availability for afternoon and evening shifts
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening check and Police Check
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Access to car and hold Australian Drivers Licence

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting children in their daily routines and activities
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and social engagement
