About Us

Unmatched Support Services is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through tailored and compassionate support. We are expanding our growing team and currently seeking multiple Disability Support Workers for diverse participants across Victoria, including a new team setup in Ballarat.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with personal care, meals, and light housekeeping [Client specific]

Provide companionship and engage in social activities

Communicate with families and healthcare teams

Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Keep accurate client records

Driver’s license & car required

Current Participant Opportunities

🔹 Participant A – Ringwood (RH)

Female worker | Meal prep, in-home & community access

Wednesdays 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Diagnosis: ABI & Neuropathy

🔹 Participant B – Kew (BB)

Female worker | Community & in-home support

Wednesdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm

Flexible with start/end locations within Kew

Diagnosis: Intellectual Disability, Chromosome 4 deletion

🔹 Participant C – Hoppers Crossing (NW)

Mature female preferred (40s–60s) | Community & grocery support

Tuesdays, 1:00pm – 4:00pm (may change)

Diagnosis: BPD, ABI, Schizophrenia

🔹 Participant D – Mt Martha (MR)

Male worker | Community & in-home support

Mon-Thurs, 9:30am – 2:30pm

Must have an interest in Health and Fitness

Experienced with wheelchairs

Diagnosis: Incomplete Paraplegia

🔹 Participant E – Hoppers Crossing (SB)

Female preferred (20s–30s) | Epilepsy care, conversation-based engagement

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm

Must speak clear English

Diagnosis: Epilepsy, Depression, Anxiety

🔹 Participant F – Hamilton, Regional Victoria (PR)

Male or female (30s–50s) | Community, meals, appointments

Shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm Or 7:00pm–11:00pm (7 days)

Diagnosis: Schizophrenia

🔹 Participant G – Eltham (JT)

Male or female | Calm, spiritual support

Support worker 1: 2 days/week 9:00am–3:00pm

Support worker 2: 3 days/week 9:00am–3:00pm

Diagnosis: Paranoid Schizophrenia, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression

🔹 Participant H – Ballarat (AM)

Male or female | Core support,

Medication assistance, Transition assistance into the community

7 Days a week, Mon – Sun

Diagnosis: Bipolar Affective Disorder

We have 2-3 more clients joining us in Ballarat, so will be needing at least 5 new staff members to join us in Ballarat Corridor.

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in aged or disability care, or a similar community services role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

First aid/ CPR certification or willingness to obtain one

A valid driver's license and access to reliable car

Working with children's check

Existing Worker Screener check or Police Check
