Six Degrees Executive have been retained to find the next NSW Operations Manager for one of our long standing clients. This organisation is going through exponential growth and are looking for a candidate that can help them future-proof their NSW Operations. This is an exciting hands on role where you will be leading a single site team of about 100 staff.

The key elements of this role will be:

• Quality: Working with the site Quality lead to ensure that all HACCP and AFS regulations are being upheld and that both on the supplier and customer side all regulations are met.
• Safety: As with all production environments the safety of the staff is of paramount importance. Leadership in safety is key.
• Culture: Maintaining a positive cultural environment where the staff feel supported and developed.
• CI and Operational Excellence, work with the teams to find areas for improvement across the operation.
• Production: Ensure the production team are achieving the required targets.
• Warehousing & Distribution: Oversee both goods inwards, pick & pack and distribution.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a fast paced environment where your roles will have included leading teams, liaising with stakeholders and customers and driving quality and safety outcomes for the organisation.
