About the role
As Site Manager, you will oversee on-site operations for commercial, hospitality & retail fit out projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include site supervision, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. You will manage daily site activities, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project plans. Site Managers report to the Project Management team and play a key role in delivering industry-leading commercial spaces.

Duties

• Site Supervision & Coordination - Oversee daily site operations and manage contractors.
• Scheduling & Resource Allocation - Ensure work progresses according to project timelines.
• Quality & Compliance - Maintain high workmanship standards and enforce safety regulations.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving - Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Reporting & Communication - Provide updates to the Project Manager and maintain site records.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in site supervision within commercial fitouts or construction. (Office and retail preferable)
• Strong organisational skills to manage daily site operations and subcontractors.
• Effective communication to coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building codes & safety regulations in NSW.
• Problem-solving abilities to address site issues and maintain project timelines.
