This is a highly customer focused role and will see the successful candidate involved in:

Providing first line support to customers.

Helping to understand issues and troubleshoot range of IT support issues.

Assisting with managing helpdesk ticketing system.

Adhering to ITIL framework and customer SLAs.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate with have at least six months of experience in an IT helpdesk role. Similarly, a dedication to customer service is crucial, together with a recent qualification in IT, Networking, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar discipline.

You will be an outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have an understanding of IT, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
