Elegant Media is a leading app developer in Australia.

We're looking for talented Junior to Mid-level Digital Project Coordinators to join our growing team.

You should have the passion to progress in a career in Digital Project Management/Coordination. Because of our continued growth, a number of roles are available from Junior Project Coordination to Senior Level Project Management.

The role will be a client-facing role in an agency environment. Our projects are mostly in mobile app development and web development. Training will be provided. Your should have an ambition to tackle challenges, bring order into chaos, and deliver projects to clients and meet stakeholder objectives. It's preferred if you're from a tech background to be successful in this role.

Highly Preferred Skills:

1+ year of industry experience either in either IT, development, project handling, technical management or equivalent educational qualifications.

Agency experience is preferred.

You must be excited about new technology, business and talking with people.

Exposure to project budget handling, scope and time management. (either commercially or as a high-achieving student)

Good spoken English and ability to explain IT topics in simple English

Good written English and ability to write clearly

Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

The following would be nice to have, but not essential. Please mention if you have any of the following in your cover letter or resume.

Some understanding on UX/UI patterns

Some understanding in hosting, servers, FTP, APIs

Experience in working with remote and cross-cultural teams

Experience in coordinating and managing teams.
