The Support and IT team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of technical infrastructure, providing timely solutions to customer issues, and offering expert assistance to internal teams. They are responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and implementing innovative technologies to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

To interact with various stakeholders (Customers, Vendors) to get a detailed insight into product requirement.

To be able to conceptualize and operationalize ideas and document them for development

To play a pivotal role in completion of Functional Specification Document with detailed specifications and writing the program codes

To be able to work in cross functional team comprising of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineers

To develop bug free code and testing it thoroughly in controlled and real time situation and execute the white box & black box testing

To integrate and deploy the products at the client's site

To handle issues raised by customers and provide them technical support after deployment of product

To keep up with the latest technology trends and add new features based on them to the existing products

To train and develop the fresh talent in the organization in product development.
