About Us

Our venue is a hub for locals and visitors alike, with regular events, live music every week, raffles and great community spirit.

Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing bar operations and supervising staff
Delivering exceptional customer service
Staff training and shift leadership
Cash handling and POS management
Stock ordering, inventory and wastage control
Maintaining compliance with RSA and venue regulations
Supporting or coordinating events and promotions

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role
A positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills
RSA certification (mandatory)
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
A genuine love for pub culture and country hospitality

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate or by negotiation
