About the role

Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group is seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurants across Sydney's CBD. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to take your hospitality career to the next level.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and overall service delivery

Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service

Effectively manage shifts, schedules, and staffing to meet business needs

Lead and motivate your team, providing coaching and training as required

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

Monitor and report on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement

Assist with inventory management and cost control

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or similar hospitality setting

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Proficient in inventory management and cost control

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

What we offer

Competitive salary working off 40 or 45 hour weeks @ $71,500-$85,000 + Super
