Intro Recruitment is working with a respected construction company to find an Office Manager. We're seeking someone proactive, professional, and organised—someone who loves being the go-to person and enjoys making an office run smoothly.
To be successful you'll have the following:
- 2+ years of office/administration management experience
- Experience within the construction industry is highly regarded
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Suite
- Someone who takes pride in their work and environment
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the CEO & Directors with admin, travel bookings and meeting preparation
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office: from reception to supplier liaison
- Coordinating onboarding, HR checklists and maintaining compliance registers
- Booking staff travel and accommodation (including managing pool cars and regional leasing)
- Assisting with marketing, charity events and external communications
- Maintaining office presentation, stationery and kitchen amenities
- Working closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations
