About the role

We are offering a two-day permanent position with the possibility of an additional two days on a fixed term contract in the role of Case Manager in the Peel Senior Relationship Service team at our Mandurah office. The position involves working holistically with older people who are experiencing elder abuse and working closely with family members. You will provide day to day case management with clients on your case load using a person-centred approach. You will also be involved in raising community awareness and education around elder abuse. Additionally, you will contribute to the day to running and operation of the Peel Senior Relationship Service program. The current vacancy is two days per week permanent contract with the possibility of an additional two days per week on a fixed term contract.

Skills, experience, and qualifications

You will have a degree in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology. Experience working with older people and their families will be highly regarded although not essential.
