The Position

• Full time, in-office position supporting the Property Managers with all Tenant related queries.
• Assisting with booking routine inspections
• Processing tenant applications for lease properties
• Coordinating maintenance and follow up
• Ad hoc admin duties to the property management team

The Criteria

• Minimum of two years previous experience in property management.
• Current PM Registration
• Strong admin, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and care factor
• A desire to learn and develop your career
