Are you looking for a long term career with a company that appreciates you and your contributions!

Our Kwinana office is currently seeking an experienced property manager with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team on a full-time basis.

The applicant must have the following qualifications and key attributes to be considered:

Current Property Management Registration

Valid Drivers License

Punctual and Well Presented

Excellent Communication, Organisation & Time Management Skills, whilst following Company Systems & Procedures

Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude towards your Work, Clients and Colleagues

Competent Computer Skills, Knowledge of Property Tree and Rent find will be an advantage, however training can be provided.

You will be required to manage your own portfolio, however, be given flexibility to train your own full-time assistant with administration support from a trust administrator and no PCRs!

Salary will be based upon experience and discussed at interview.
