I am seeking a passionate and experienced Estimator for my commercial construction client. To deliver fitout Newbuild projects up to $30M.

Looking for construction estimators with 3-5+ years experience across Newbuild and Fitout projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed BOQ’s and variations using CostX
• Summarising scope of works and tenders
• Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals
• Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing

Skills Required

• 3-5 years’ + experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. Ideally in Fitout & Refurbishment and/or newbuild construction
• Degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Experience Estimating on Retail, Education, Commercial, Government projects up to $15m+
• Advanced in CostX or Cubit & EstimateOne desired, or alike
• Strong communicator, financial acumen and attention to detail
