JME Excavations is a Hawkesbury based Civil Contractor specializing in civil construction across Sydney. We are currently looking to grow our team with an experienced Civil Estimator.

To be suitable for the role the right candidate must be an experienced estimator who can take ownership of the pricing and tendering process.

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil estimating

Strong background in excavation, remediation, and structural systems

Proficient in estimating & Microsoft software

Exceptional attention to detail, time management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations

What is Required

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil projects

Review tender documentation and liaise with clients

Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes

Prepare and submit tender packages

Work collaboratively with the project team from tender award to completion
