About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at Stabila Australia Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our key customer relationships in the Western Australia region. Based in Perth, you will play a vital role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing customers in Western Australia

Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within your region

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

Provide exceptional customer service and be a trusted advisor to your clients

Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to support customer needs

Regularly report on sales performance and customer insights to the broader business

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Account Management or Sales role

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer accounts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Willingness to travel within the Western Australia region as needed
