This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Soundbridge Financial Services as a Client Services Paraplanner. In this full-time, office-based role in Nambour, QLD, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning support to our Financial Advisers and clients.

The role

Provide primary client service support to Senior Adviser in Nambour

Preparation and timely delivery of high-quality advice documents in consultation with Advisers

Product and investment research, including liaison with external providers as required

Quality control of final documents, including compliance requirements.

Maintaining and updating client records and information

Assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of client strategies

Managing your workflow to ensure timely advice delivery.

Collaborating with the wider financial planning team to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a paraplanning or client services role within the financial planning industry

Strong technical knowledge of financial planning strategies, products and legislation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, welcoming and friendly demeanor

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, problem solving skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve results

Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, and work to demanding deadlines.
