The Role:

• Handle inbound calls (no cold calling) and be the first point of contact to our customers to sell exciting & exclusive products
• Accurately customer details are entered accurately into CRM system
• Confidently assist customers in finding tailored solutions to maximise their cost savings
• Work to sales targets using a variety of methods, including inbound calls, missed calls, web leads, and follow ups
• Have the drive to learn our brand and products to deliver the best experience for our customers
