Mastercut Technologies, a leader in precision manufacturing and product innovation, is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Customer Support to join our growing team in Burleigh Heads. This is a unique opportunity to combine your design skills with client engagement and marketing activities in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a dual-purpose role combining graphic design and customer support. You’ll be producing high-quality artwork to meet customer and production specifications while also playing a proactive role in expanding our client base and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manipulate artwork to meet customer needs and manufacturing requirements.

Support sales initiatives by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Assist in maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

Prepare and issue accurate quotations and estimates.

Attend client meetings (some travel required).

Support marketing activities including website updates, social media, and Google Ads campaigns.

Assist with product development and marketing distribution.

Provide hands-on help in the factory during peak times (under Production Manager supervision).

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience in graphic design and/or a sales or marketing environment (desirable but not essential).

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is highly regarded.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

A team player with a professional and adaptable approach.

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
