A fully transparent salary structure starting at $30.78 p/hr, increases to $31.50 p/hrat 6 months. Learn the necessary skills to develop even further!

The Opportunity
Part-time, Monday - Thursday Role
Total 30 hours per week
We're seeking a motivated and collaborative person to join our Support team, to ensure the smooth running of our client accounts.
Working in a friendly and dynamic team, you will communicate with our clients and sales reps via phone and email to ensure orders and deliveries and processed easily and efficiently. In return, we will provide you with training,growth and career development!
Your Responsibilities
- Communicating directly with customers via phone and email
- Raising orders and reviewing if additional items are needed
- Scheduling deliveries to the client/location
- Updating existing orders in line with stock arrival dates
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure smooth delivery
- Problem-solving issues and resolving them in a timely manner

- Have great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
