We’re seeking a proactive and organised Operations, Compliance and Data Manager to oversee daily operations and data systems at a busy and purpose-driven community centre in Western Sydney. You’ll play a vital role in team coordination, service quality, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth, responsive, and person-centred service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team across operations, data and engagement
• Oversee rostering, performance support, compliance, and audit readiness
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and reporting across internal systems
• Produce monthly and ad hoc operational reports for funders and internal use
• Coordinate site infrastructure, equipment, and WHS compliance activities
• Provide secretariat support for governance, quality, and safety forums
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and learning through data-informed practice

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing people, systems, and operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), data systems and reporting tools - such as PowerBI, Tableau tools is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
• Experience in a health, mental health, or community services setting is highly desirable
