The Client:
Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by well established NFP organisation that have a number of services that support vulnerable women to assist in the recruitment of an Operations Manager on a full or part time basis (4 or 5 days/week). The role would be based in the Inner West of Sydney with some flexibility to work from home a day or two a week.

The Role:
In this position, you will oversee the operational management for the organisation with a focus on

• Policy and Procedure reviews and updates
• Reporting to funders
• Financial management
• Accreditation
• HR and WHS
• Risk Management

The Successful Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role working in AOD, Housing or Youth services
• Qualifications in qualifications in business management, social work, or another relevant discipline
• Skill and experience in data analysis and outcomes measurement
• Financial acumen around financial management, budgeting, reporting, and control
• People leadership
• Ideally experience working in the community services sector

Further Info
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of $100-110k + super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a Not-for-profit organisation. The exact salary is to be negotiated on dependent upon experience and qualifications.
