We’re a well-established, national allied health business based in Subiaco, and we’re on the hunt for a part-time Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us grow our amazing team. Whether you're returning to work, rebalancing your week, or just keen to do what you love without the full-time grind, this role offers the freedom to work your way—without compromising on impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Work 3 days per week
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of allied health roles Physios, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, Rehabilitation Consultants and Psychologists.
- Create job ads that stand out (you’ll be the one making these fun!)
- Interview candidates and providing a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Use your market smarts to help shape sourcing strategies
What we’re looking for
- You’ve got solid end-to-end recruitment experience and know what great looks like - especially in allied health or healthcare.
- You're a people person through and through; confident picking up the phone, asking the right questions, and championing our brand like it’s your own.
- You’re highly organised but not rigid; adaptable, collaborative, and able to pivot when needed.
- You understand how to work autonomously without feeling like you’re on an island—you’ll have support from day one.
- You’ll be comfortable working in the MS Office environment including SharePoint and Teams.
- Previous exposure to Employment Hero would be amazing, but not essential.

Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation’s provides prescription of therapeutic exercise based-programs for individuals afflicted with injury or illness, principally under a compensable-injury policy, principally across Workers’ Compensation, Life Insurance/Income Protection and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) / Compulsory Third Party (CTP) schemes.
We are industry leaders in clinically-guided, best-practice rehabilitation interventions, with an ever increasing national footprint, we currently employ over 70 Allied Health Clinicians with a presence in every state across Australia.
We consult clients throughout their recovery journey, from early intervention through to chronicity management.
