We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a leading WA not-for-profit provider of aged care, early learning, disability services and family and community services. You will work with a well known, reputable business who pride themselves on their inclusive and vibrant work culture.

Duties include, but not limited to;

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
• Evaluate applications and resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Managing the full recruitment and onboarding process for potential new candidates.
• Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Writing advertisements.
• Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices.
• Administrative tasks and duties.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• At least 2 years working within a similar role.
• A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and legal aspects of employment.
• Knowledge of various sourcing strategies necessary to attract top talent.
• Strong administrative skills and strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding and up to date with industries and sectors you are recruiting for.
