About the Role:

INDEX Consultants has partnered with a Public Sector client to help them integrate and establish an enterprise solution that will have a lasting impact on their long term business strategies. . The Integration Architect will be part of the Technology team working towards providing a secure, scalable and easily accessible solution.

Key Deliverables:

• Proactively lead the technical working sessions for a successful integration of multiple critical systems.
• Develop technical integration solutions and deliverable that meet the business requirements and design standards.
• Review and approve detailed integration designs produced by the teams and 3rd party vendors

Skills and Requirements

• Integration Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Architecture
• Strong expertise in system integration across clinical systems and Health Information Exchanges (HIE)
• Proven experience designing, documenting, and leading HL7/FHIR-based integration solutions
• Skilled in data mapping, health messaging standards, and conformance to enterprise integration patterns
• Ability to review, validate, and approve detailed technical designs from internal and external teams

Mandatory Requirements

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must be based in Melbourne or looking to relocate to Melbourne
