Job Description:

Database and Integration design as part of Asset Management lifecycle in water utilities.

Analysing complex spatial data, querying large datasets, and can display a familiarity with SQL and other common programming languages for creating and managing new and existing spatial data content.

Create solution for effective asset management from field to back office over mobile, web and desktop applications using Esri production suite and integration with other enterprise system like IBM Maximo, Pega, SCADA etc.

Conceptualize, simplify and communicate complex customer or business requirements.

Work with spatial data with a strong understanding of Utility network, Workflow management, Linear asset Management, Network tracing, spatial data formats, map projections, data schemas, data conversion issues, processing requirements and the importance of capturing and updating metadata.

Use new and evolving mapping technologies, including generating content for web and mobile platforms.

Use spatial data for sourcing and submitting data using other spatial products like Hexagon, MapInfo and Auto desk products.

Understanding the importance of data governance and how to comply with industry best practice around data sharing, data licensing, metadata, privacy, and security issues, and acknowledging data sources.

Study, design and implement the ESRI systems, database and programs.

Requirement:

ArcGIS Enterprise Solution design and deployment on premise and cloud platforms.

ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online content, integration and data management.

2D and 3D data model design and normalisation.

Asset Data modelling and spatial analysis.

Enterprise Geodatabase handling and versioning.

3D analysis and deployment using ArcGIS Runtime.

Application design and application development.

Web application and Mobile application development

Map service authoring and publishing

Custom query builder to perform complex queries and spatial analysis.

Service oriented Integrations with other systems for data collaboration using REST APIs.

ArcGIS Mobile application design and implementation.

Remodelling the GIS dataset to support branch versioning.

ArcGIS Pro project and add in creation, geoprocessing, and Web Tools publishing.

Implementation and testing of new functions.

Performance Tuning of services.

Participating in problem solving and troubleshooting for the applications.

Documenting process and architecture of the system.

Domain knowledge of Water utilities, Asset Management lifecycle.
