We’re after a true pro to step into the frypan and help bring the heat in one of Queensland’s most exciting kitchens.

A Sous or CDP with serious aspirational leadership chops

Experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens

Clean systems, tight cost control, and a drive to deliver every time

Big flavour, zero ego, and a relentless standard of excellence
