The Royal George Hotel (RGs) and Fatboys Cafe, Fortitude Valley is looking for a new full time Chef or Experienced Cook to join our team and be part of a family-owned group that values it's people.

RGs is part of the family owned Pullos Hotel Group, including Ric's Bar & Backyard and the multi award winning Chattahoochee Joes Honk Tonk, all located in the heart of the Fortitude Valley Entertainment Precinct.

The kitchen contains clean, modern equipment and a strong experienced team is in place.

The successful applicant will be required to produce high quality, well presented cafe style food in an efficient manner. An enthusiastic, pleasant attitude is essential.

Documentation showing training, experience and references will be required with preference given to those who have had extensive experience in a similar style of operation. All references will be contacted and independent enquiries made in the filling of this vital position within the hotel.

Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
