The Opportunity:
This newly created role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced and strategic Finance Leader to join the Executive Leadership Team. As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company’s financial strategy, supporting both national and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Board, Managing Director, and CEO

Partner with the Executive Team to define, drive, and deliver strategic objectives

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

Evaluate and support national and international acquisition opportunities

Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders

Oversee and develop the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls

Develop and present business cases, growth strategies, and performance analytics

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Promote a high-performance, collaborative team culture across departments

About You:

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted work rights

Proven experience at CFO or senior finance leadership level

Demonstrated success in driving growth and commercial strategy

Deep understanding of international compliance and business operations

Skilled in managing change and unifying cross-functional teams

Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset

Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required
