We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager is a proactive, contributing member of the College and holds a senior position within the College’s Executive Team.

Position Reports to: The Finance Manager reports to the Principal and will support the Principal to ensure the financial viability of the College.

Directs Reports to: The Accounts Administrator

Award: Educational Services (General Staff) Award 2020

Terms of Employment: Full Time Fixed Term 3 Year Contract

Salary: $106,000 - $115,000

Annual Leave: 4 weeks per year

Requirements: Victorian WWCC; Drivers Licence

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or related area;

Experience in leadership and management of staff and business operations across a number of disciplines;

Demonstrated ability to work at an Executive level, including Board reporting;

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels of the Colleg,e including external stakeholders;

Desirable

Postgraduate Business and/or Education qualifications such as CPA, CA or MBA qualifications.

Experience in the Education sector with a strong understanding of educational legislative requirements, including State and Federal government policy and funding arrangements;
