As our Business Manager, you will analyse and advise on administrative and financial operations of the clinic. This is a key leadership role working closely with our Practice Manager, to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centred service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial management including budgeting and reporting

Grant applications

Staff recruitment and training support, and some HR functions

Compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards

Streamlining administrative processes for improved patient care

Supporting strategic planning and growth initiatives

Marketing

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong financial and operational management skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of relevant healthcare compliance, privacy laws, and accreditation.

Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., Best Practice) and Microsoft Office Suite.

A proactive, can-do attitude with an ability to adapt to changing health system.

Desirable:

Qualifications in business management, health administration, or similar.

Familiarity with Medicare billing and the Australian healthcare system (or local equivalent if outside Australia).
